Moto1 Motorcycles Honda Ready for ProMX Finale

The Moto1 Motorcycles Honda Team are ready for the Final Round of the 2024 ProMX Championship, with Teammates Rian and Curtis King looking to rebound from a tough outing at MX Farm to finish the MX2 season with a bang.

After debuting the 2025 CRF250R last week, the hillside venue of QMP offers one more opportunity for Rian King to find the Top Ten speed he displayed at Murray Bridge during the mid-season.

“Coming back from my finger injury and surgery was tougher than we expected,” commented Rian King. “I came back feeling great at Murray Bridge with a 6th place in the opening Moto, but since then we have struggled to put it all together with starts and my speed. I like QMP and feel like this weekend with the potential of mud also, it’s going to be a good opportunity to show what I can do before the season finishes up.”

Curtis King will also look to push forward one last time at the Final Round, with the goal to match his mid-week practice speed with his race day performance at QMP.

Round 8 of the 2024 ProMX Championship takes place at QMP, on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th of August, with the event being broadcast across free-to-air coverage on SBS and the streaming platform SBS On Demand along with the ProMX TV live stream coverage.
