Jett Alsop Continues Consistent Early Season Campaign With Appin 4th Overall
Ride Red Honda’s Jet Alsop continues with his consistent early ProMX season campaign in the MX3 Class, lodging two “come from behind” performances to secure 4th Overall at Appin, Round 2 of the 2025 ProMx Championship.
With two starts outside of the Top 10 on the opening lap, Alsop left himself with a big disadvantage on track position in the early laps across the highly competitive MX3 field.
“My starts really let me down today and it’s something I am going to work on heading into Gillman”, said Alsop.
“I had the speed and with the ruts the track was extremely difficult to pass on, but I was able to make my way through the pack both moto’s which gives me a lot of confidence for once I get my starts figured out”.
“My game plan is still to stay consistent and continue learning the new bike as this is only my second ProMX on Honda Ride Red. It’s a long season and we are just getting started”, concluded Alsop.
Alsop now moves into 3rd position in the MX3 Championship, heading into Round 3 of the Championship in Gillman, SA, on Sunday 27th April.
